Open Access Policy

JITCoS: Journal of Information Technology and Computer System is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or their institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author, provided that proper attribution is given.

This is in accordance with the definition of open access by BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative).

Archiving and Preservation

JITCoS uses open archiving systems to ensure long-term digital preservation. The journal’s content is stored in institutional repositories and may be indexed by relevant scholarly databases to support permanent availability.
