Author Guidelines
JITCoS: Journal of Information Technology and Computer System welcomes original and high-quality manuscripts in the field of information technology and computer systems. Authors are expected to follow these guidelines before submitting their manuscripts.
1. Manuscript Preparation
- The manuscript should be written in clear English (US or UK consistency).
- Use a structured format: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, References.
- Abstract must be between 150–250 words and contain objectives, methods, results, and conclusion.
- Use a maximum of 5 keywords, separated by commas.
- Manuscript should be between 4000–7000 words including references and figures.
- Use citation style based on APA, 6th edition in alphabetical order format or the specified journal template.
2. File Format and Submission
- Submit manuscript in Microsoft Word (.docx) format via the online submission system.
- Figures and tables must be embedded within the text and labeled properly.
- All submissions must be made through the official journal portal.
3. Authorship and Originality
- All listed authors must have contributed significantly to the research and writing process.
- The manuscript must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism or duplicate submission will result in immediate rejection.
4. Review and Publication
- All manuscripts will undergo double-blind peer review by at least two reviewers.
- Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.
- Accepted papers will be published online and indexed accordingly.
