1. Responsibilities of Authors

  • Ensure that the manuscript has not been submitted elsewhere for publication.

  • Provide accurate data and be prepared to share underlying data for editorial review.

2. Responsibilities of Editors

  • Make unbiased publication decisions solely based on academic merit and relevance.
  • Ensure a transparent, timely, and confidential peer review process.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all submitted content and reviewer identities.
  • Investigate suspected ethical misconduct and initiate corrective action when necessary.
  • Protect authors’ and reviewers’ rights and ensure integrity throughout the process.

3. Responsibilities of Reviewers

  • Evaluate manuscripts objectively, constructively, and without bias.
  • Maintain confidentiality and refrain from discussing content outside the review process.
  • Report suspected plagiarism, duplication, or other unethical behaviors.
  • Avoid reviewing manuscripts where there is a conflict of interest.
  • Deliver reviews in a timely manner to assist the editorial process.

4. Responsibilities of the Publisher

  • Safeguard editorial independence and support the ethical publishing framework.
  • Facilitate archiving and digital preservation of published content.
  • Collaborate with editors to handle retractions, corrections, or statements of concern as needed.
  • Promote transparency and accountability across all publishing stages.
